Terms & Conditions

1) Servvy Black

Executive & Corporate Transfers

Services are subject to vehicle availability.
Clients must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details to ensure timely service.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.

Galas & Corporate Events

A contract must be signed for large-scale events.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the client.
Additional waiting time beyond the agreed service period will incur extra charges.

Wedding & Private Events

Any modifications to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Vehicles will be available for the agreed duration; overtime charges may apply.
Servvy is not responsible for any delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.

2) Servvy Ride

Information to be considered:
Transportation service is subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Passengers are required to be punctual; a delay of more than 5 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation of the trip. Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on demand and distance traveled.
The price includes any tolls or additional fees charged during the trip.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid charges.

General transportation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays.
Cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge.
No-shows will be charged the full fare.

Airport & Hotel Transportation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays.
Cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge.
No-shows will be charged the full fare.

VAN Services & Special Needs

Special requests for wheelchair-accessible vehicles must be made at least 48 hours in advance
Child seats are available upon request and may incur an additional charge.
The company is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.

3) Servvy Rentals

1. Rental Requirements: Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A security deposit is required at the time of rental. The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis. Late returns may incur additional charges.

2. Insurance & Liability: Basic insurance is included; additional coverage options are available upon request. The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. In case of an accident, the renter must report it immediately and provide all necessary documentation.

3. Fuel & MileageVehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. A refueling fee will be charged otherwise.Mileage limitations apply depending on the rental plan selected. Extra mileage fees may apply.

4. Usage RestrictionsThe vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities.Subleasing the vehicle to another person is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations made more than 48 hours before pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
